Overview
A Chrome extension handles browser calls, desktop apps cover Zoom, Teams and Slack huddles, and phone or Apple Watch apps record face-to-face meetings and interviews. After each call it produces a transcript in over 100 languages, a summary built from templates for things like sales or candidate interviews, and drafted follow-up emails. An AI chat can search across past meetings, and connectors push notes into CRMs, applicant tracking systems, Notion, Slack and agent tools via MCP and webhooks. The vendor says customer recordings are not used for model training. Basic is audio only with a one-hour cap per recording; Pro removes length limits and adds video and custom templates; Business brings CRM and ATS sync, SSO, SCIM and retention controls. Limitation: the free plan stops after a handful of meetings, and bot-free capture depends on the right app being open on the device in use.
