Overview
You point it at a site, upload files or connect a help desk, and it builds a knowledge base the agent draws on when customers ask questions. The same agent can be placed in a website widget and in WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram, with every thread landing in one shared inbox. When the bot gets stuck, staff can take over the conversation and see an AI-written recap of what was already said. A drag-and-drop flow editor handles lead forms, buttons and branching logic, and actions or workflows can send emails or push data to tools such as Zapier, HubSpot or Zendesk. Teams can pick among models from several AI labs to trade answer quality against speed and spend. Limitation: pricing rests on a monthly pool of AI credits, and premium models drain that pool many times faster than budget ones. The free tier keeps Chatling branding and a small file-size cap, and removing the badge requires the top tier or a paid add-on. Replies can still miss facts that sit inside uploaded material.

AI responses are metered by credits whose per-message cost depends on the chosen model, so heavy use of premium models drains plans quickly. Free plan: 1 agent, 1 seat, 200 credits/month, 1 MB file uploads and limited styling. Branding removal is only bundled in Scale (otherwise a +$35/mo add-on); custom domains are an add-on on Growth and Scale. Support is email-only in English. Answers can still miss details in the knowledge base.
