Beyond review, higher tiers add a prioritised PR queue that estimates risk and effort, automated test generation, change explanations and, on Advanced, continuous security scanning with blast-radius and architecture-impact analysis. The same engine is available in the IDE and command line, and inside coding-agent loops, so issues can be caught before a PR exists. Open-source projects on public repositories get reviews at no charge, and paid tiers start with a 14-day trial. Limitation: cost scales per developer seat, and usage beyond plan limits, such as extra file reviews, security scans and cloud agent minutes, is metered separately. AI comments can be noisy on very large diffs, so teams usually tune rules before relying on it as a gate.
