A companion Notetaker captures meetings and voice memos, labels speakers and can surface notes to other assistants through MCP-style connections. Individuals usually start on Free or Pro; Growth adds organization controls such as SSO and HIPAA-oriented enforcement, while Enterprise is sales-led for larger rollouts. Free includes limited weekly dictation and limited Notetaker access. Limitation: unlimited dictation and longer meeting retention sit on paid seats, Notetaker is still desktop-first, and drafts still need a human pass before they go to clients or production systems.
